We believe when we move, whether it’s through a sweaty conditioning workout, an intense lift, or a twisty yoga flow, we can get back to our deepest roots. Here, we’re rooted in community, inclusion, and FUN.

Communities that move together, stay together. We offer small group strength + conditioning classes, among other specialty classes such as Yoga Sculpt and Barre. All group fitness classes are designed to challenge you + help you grow both individually and as a community. No two classes are ever the same!

Group Fitness

Yoga is so much more than stretching! Our Vinyasa classes link breath with mindful movement while our our Power Yoga classes will get you moving, breathing, and yes, even sweating. Both classes will challenge you with creative flows on the mat so you can step off your mat feeling empowered to meet life’s challenges.
