Got Questions?

  • What class should I take?!

Take whatever class you want! Every single class is scaleable. If you’re worried about participating, know that every class will offer different variations for each exercise so you can find what works best for you day to day. Some classes are by nature more intense, and you will see that reflected in the assigned “difficulty level” for each class in FitDegree.

  • How do I sign up?

We use a scheduling software called FitDegree. This is where you sign up for memberships, class packages, view available classes, and sign up for drop-ins. Simply click on the class you want to register for and follow the prompts. All of this information can be accessed through our “Sign Up” tab.

  • What's the difference between Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Gentle Vinyasa?

“Vinyasa” is an umbrella term that refers to a style of yoga that links your breath with each movement, creating a sequence that flows from one pose to the next. Power yoga is simply a specific type of vinyasa yoga. Power classes will follow the same structure every single time, while vinyasa may have more variation. Gentle Vinyasa will move at a slower pace with less intensity.

  • How do Pay-What-You-Can memberships work?

The pay-what-you-can options work exactly the same as the full-priced membership. They allow you to sign up for unlimited classes and will renew at that selected price each month. We just ask that you are honest about what you can afford and select accordingly.

  • Is this hot yoga?

No, we do not have heated yoga classes. The studio is kept around 65-70 degrees to be comfortable for all classes. We recommend you dress extra warm for restorative classes.

  • How much is a drop-in?

Most single drop-ins are $20. Our Friday night classes (“Fun Fridays”) are always $8, as is our Handstands class. Community Flows are free-will donation classes. We do not offer first-class free.

  • Where should I park?

There is street parking in front of the studio and in the block surrounding the studio. Please do not park in the lot across the street.

  • Can I walk in or do I need to pre-register?

PLEASE pre-register for all classes. This makes life so much easier for our teachers and is the only way we can guarantee you a spot. If you must do a walk in, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow us the time to register you and have you fill out necessary paperwork. We do not have a front desk to help you with this so if you do not give us enough time to assist you prior to class starting we will ask you to come back for the next available class.

  • All the classes I want to take are full... how can I get into these classes?

Our fitness classes are limited to 12-14 people so that we can provide the best and safest classes, but they do fill up quickly. Please note that you are able to sign up 30 days out from the current date. Our regulars sign up every day for the next available class as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, get on the waitlist! More often than not, a spot will open and you’ll be able to get into class.
