    Just like the name suggests, this is a true strength training class! We utilize the principle of progressive overload to build strength + power throughout your entire body. Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises are all used. Great for newbies + experienced lifters alike.

  • Conditioning

    Get your heart pumpin’! Conditioning is designed to improve your cardiovascular capabilities + muscular endurance. Every class is different: bodyweight circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs, and stations are just a few formats you can expect to see. Modifications and variations are offered throughout.

  • Dance Fitness

    Let’s dance! This Zumba-inspired class uses a mix of low and high-intensity dance moves to get your whole body movin’ + groovin’! Expect strong beats, high energy, and a ton of fun. No dance experience needed.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    Yoga Postures + light weights + cardio bursts = Yoga Sculpt
